Shipping

In the US, shipping is a flat rate of $12 (or $8 for light items).
Purchase multiple games at a time to save on shipping.
Wall art is special: FREE shipping worldwide, no minimum order!

Shipping is handled separately for our tabletop products and wall art, so here’s what to expect for each.

Tabletop Products: Shipping

Short version: 1 -2 business days for processing. If you’re in the US, then 1 - 5 more business days for shipping to you (depending on where you are).

Longer version:

First, we’ll process your order. This step takes 1 - 2 business days (though might be same day if you order before noon Pacific Time). November and December are the busiest times and we strive to keep order processing to 1 - 2 business days even then, but it could be up to 3 days during those two months.

Next a shipping carrier will handle the actual shipping and you will receive tracking information. In the US, our carrier is usually UPS ground, though you have the option of paying extra for FedEx 2Day delivery. (Note: we don’t make money off shipping, so the actual costs of FedEx 2Day are passed to you if you choose it). If you go with standard shipping, you can expect the shipping times shown on the map below:

For shipping outside the US, we use FedEx. You will get tracking information as usual, but we do not currently have shipping estimates in place for international orders. You can put items in your cart on this site and check the shipping prices before buying.

Wall Art: Shipping

Our wall art is manufactured in 19 different countries and shipped to you from whichever location is nearest to you. Your order CAN contain wall art and tabletop products. That’s fine! Be aware that you will receive separate packages for each, and get separate tracking information for each. Also, be aware that if your order contains both types of products, FedEx 2Day will not be available as an option. If you’d like that shipping service for tabletop products, just order them separately (since wall art ships for free to you anyway.)

Order processing takes a few days for wall art. We estimate that the total amount of time (order processing + shipping time) for the goods to reach you is:

  • Canvas Prints: 6 - 7 days

  • Aluminum Prints: 6 - 7 days for the 24”x24” size; 6 - 17 days for the 12”x12” size

Wall Art: Packaging

Canvas and aluminum prints are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the items in bubble wrap or kraft paper for more protection.
