DESCRIPTION

Flash Duel is a simple, fast card game that simulates sparring matches amongst Fantasy Strike characters. The fight takes place on an 18-space linear track, and it's all about striking from the right distance and getting to the right range.

There are 20 characters—each with their own special abilities—allowing for hundreds of different matchups. There’s also a special 21st super character: Deathstrike Dragon. He’s so powerful that multiple players will have to team up against him.

    6. Raid on Deathstrike Dragon: 2, 3, or 4 players cooperate against a powerful 5th player controlling the Dragon

    7. Betrayal at Raid on Deathstrike Dragon: A more difficult raid where one player is secretly on the Dragon's side!

CENTRAL MECHANIC

You have simple cards in your hand with just a number on them. Each card can be used to:

  1. move that many spaces

  2. push an opponent that many spaces

  3. attack an opponent that many spaces away

  4. dash that many spaces (with one card) then strike an opponent that many spaces away (second card)

  5. block an attack coming from that many spaces away.

In other words, each card can be used in several different ways. Maneuver to get the right distance to score a deadly hit while being safe from opposing hits.

Huge number of characters. Mark yours on the playfield in style.

Abilities

Each character has 3 abilities. You can use each one once per round.
(A game is best 3 out of 5 rounds.)

Raid on Deathstrike Dragon

Up to four mortals can cooperate against a fifth playing the Dragon. He has 8 enormous ability cards and crushes the dreams of mortals.

There’s even a traitor mode where one mortal secretly helps the Dragon.
